Since this yesterday i have been going to gym everyday with Ben. Currently,i am just doing my run on the treadmill nothing fancy. When i use the weighing machine there..i was like wtf! i am now 73kg ?!?
This seriously is a wake up call to slim down. I can't imagine myself been fat again like i was in Primary school.
